Trendline Trendline (ट्रेंडलाइन)
A straight line drawn on a chart connecting successive highs or lows to define a trend. चार्ट पर एक सीधी रेखा जो लगातार highs या lows को जोड़कर trend को परिभाषित करती है।
A trendline is drawn by connecting at least two swing lows in an uptrend (rising support) or two swing highs in a downtrend (falling resistance); a third touch validates it. Traders use trendlines to gauge momentum and spot breakouts or breakdowns. For example, connecting the rising lows of a Nifty 50 rally gives a sloping support line — a close below it warns that the uptrend may be weakening. The steeper the trendline, the more vulnerable it is to a break.
Trendline खींचने के लिए uptrend में कम-से-कम दो swing lows (rising support) या downtrend में दो swing highs (falling resistance) को जोड़ा जाता है; तीसरा touch उसे validate करता है। Traders trendlines से momentum आँकते हैं और breakout या breakdown पकड़ते हैं। मसलन, Nifty 50 की तेजी के rising lows को जोड़ने पर एक sloping support line मिलती है — उसके नीचे close यह चेतावनी देता है कि uptrend कमज़ोर हो रहा है। Trendline जितनी खड़ी होगी, वह उतनी ही जल्दी टूटने की आशंका रखती है।
