A trading account is the interface between an investor and the stock exchange, used to place buy and sell orders through a registered stockbroker. It works in tandem with a demat account (which holds securities) and a bank account (which moves funds). When you buy shares, money debits from your bank and shares credit to your demat; when you sell, the reverse happens. Most brokers today combine trading-account opening with demat and bank-account linking in a single onboarding flow.
trading account निवेशक और स्टॉक एक्सचेंज के बीच का interface है — इससे आप एक registered stockbroker के माध्यम से ख़रीद-बिक्री के orders place करते हैं। यह demat account (जो securities hold करता है) और bank account (जो funds transfer करता है) के साथ मिलकर काम करता है। shares ख़रीदने पर bank से पैसे debit होते हैं और demat में shares credit होते हैं; बेचने पर इसका उल्टा होता है। आजकल अधिकतर brokers trading account opening के साथ ही demat और bank account linking एक ही onboarding flow में कर देते हैं।
