T+0 Settlement T+0 Settlement

T+0 settlement allows trades to be settled on the same day they are executed, so funds and securities are exchanged within hours of the trade. It is available on both NSE and BSE for the top 500 stocks by market cap, introduced through a phased rollout from 2024 to 2026 (as of 2026). Traders opting into T+0 get capital freed the same day, improving liquidity for active traders. Participation is voluntary; unmatched T+0 orders automatically fall back to the standard T+1 cycle.

T+0 settlement में trades उसी दिन settle हो जाते हैं जिस दिन execute होते हैं — यानी funds और securities कुछ ही घंटों में exchange हो जाते हैं। यह NSE और BSE दोनों पर market cap के हिसाब से top 500 stocks पर उपलब्ध है, जिसे 2024 से 2026 तक phased rollout के ज़रिये लाया गया (2026 तक)। T+0 में participate करने वाले traders को उसी दिन capital free मिल जाती है, जिससे active traders की liquidity बेहतर होती है। participation voluntary है; unmatched T+0 orders अपने-आप standard T+1 cycle में चले जाते हैं।
