The risk-reward ratio compares how much you stand to gain against how much you could lose if your stop-loss is hit: RRR = Reward ÷ Risk. Risking ₹1,000 to make ₹2,000 is a 1:2 ratio. A good ratio lets you stay profitable even with a sub-50% win rate, which is why many disciplined traders take only setups offering at least 1:2. Base the reward on a realistic target, not a hoped-for move.
Risk-reward ratio बताता है कि आपका संभावित मुनाफ़ा आपके संभावित नुक़सान से कितना बड़ा है: RRR = Reward ÷ Risk. अगर आप ₹1,000 जोखिम में डालकर ₹2,000 कमाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं तो RRR 1:2 हुआ। एक अच्छा RRR आपको 50% से कम win rate पर भी profitable रहने देता है — इसीलिए अनुशासित traders अक्सर कम-से-कम 1:2 वाले setups ही लेते हैं। reward की गणना किसी realistic target पर करें, उम्मीदी मूव पर नहीं।
