Candlestick Candlestick (कैंडलस्टिक)
A bar on a price chart showing open, high, low, and close for a time period. प्राइस चार्ट पर एक बार, जो किसी समय-अवधि का open, high, low और close दिखाता है।
A candlestick represents four price points — open, high, low, and close — for a chosen period (1 min, 15 min, daily, etc.). The wide body shows the open-to-close range; thin wicks above and below show the intraday extremes. A green (hollow) body means price closed above the open; a red (filled) body means it closed below. Patterns such as a doji or engulfing candle on an NSE chart are widely used to anticipate reversals or continuations.
